Description

Wells Hill Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse, restored in later times. It was originally two cottages, now combined into a single dwelling with a modern extension added to the south. The roof is covered with red new tiles and features half-dormers with flat roofs. A tapered chimney stack is located at the north end. The building exhibits an exposed timber frame with painted brick infill. A boarded door is set within a solid frame, and there are casement windows.
