Description

Place House is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic. It features five windows and two dormers. The exterior is faced with flints, accented by dressings, quoins, and several horizontal courses of red brick. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The glazing bars are intact, and there is a porch that contains a six-panel door.
