Deep Thatch Cottage is an 18th-century or earlier cottage located in Rodmell. It is a two-storey building with two windows. The front is faced with weatherboarding, and the roof is thatched with a hip form. The windows are casement windows. There is an outhouse portion in the north-east, faced with flints and brick.
