Description

Hill Farmhouse is an L-shaped building, likely of 17th century or earlier origin, located within the Rodmell Mill Farmhouse complex. The building's easternmost window bay shows evidence of a former timber-framed overhang. A chimney breast on the north wall dates to the 17th century or before. The remainder of the exterior has been modernised, now featuring a ground floor facade of red brick and flint, with tile hanging above. A tiled roof tops the building, which has modern windows. The south-east facade contains four windows, while the north-east facade has three.
