Description

Rodmell House, dated 1859, was originally built as a mill and later converted into a house. It is a three-story building with four windows. The main façade is red brick, while the south-east wall is faced with flints and has red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is slate. The windows are narrow and without glazing bars. A doorway features a flat hood supported by brackets, above a rectangular fanlight.
