Description

Mulberry Lodge is an early 19th-century villa constructed of stucco with a steeply pitched slate roof. The building is two stories high and features two main bays of unequal size. The bay to the left is beneath a Dutch gable, while the bay to the right has a gabled half dormer. A gabled porch is located to the right of the centre of the building, and the windows are square-headed with dripmoulds. The property is included on the heritage register solely for its group value.
