Description

99 Greenham Road is an early 19th-century villa, built before 1837. The building is two storeys tall and features a double front with three windows. It has a slate roof and is constructed of stucco. The windows are recessed sash types with glazing bars, and there are splayed bay windows on the ground floor. The doorway is enhanced by an original cast iron trellis porch.
