Description

The King Charles Tavern is a public house from the mid-19th century. It is two storeys tall and features dormers. The building has a double front with three windows and a half-hipped tile roof that has bracketted eaves. The front is made of stucco and includes a plain band at the first floor level. There are two pedimented dormer sashes, while the outer bays have recessed sash windows with cornices, side lights, and glazing bars. The central first floor window is adorned with a cornice and pediment. The central doorway has a bracketted hood and a half-glazed door.
