Description

Greenham House is a villa dating from the 19th century, likely built between 1837 and 1849, with later extensions at the rear that now serve as a clinic. It is a three-storey building with a double-fronted design and originally three windows, though the central window above the entrance has been blocked. The roof is hipped and covered in slate. The exterior is stuccoed brick, featuring recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor and first-floor windows are accompanied by sidelights. A portico supports an entablature, with pilasters providing structural support.
