Early c19 (before 1837) villa. Two storeys. Double fronted with 3 windows. Hipped slate roof with projecting eaves. Brick stacks. Red brick. Recessed sash windows with stucco voussoirs and glazing bars. Round-arched doorway with stucco archivolt and key, radial fanlight, and raised and fielded panel door.
