The Cedars is a late 18th century, three-storey house that is five windows wide. It features a roughcast exterior and a parapeted front, with the roof not visible. The house has a central prostyle Doric porch, which is topped with a glazed conservatory addition. The windows are square-headed sash windows that include glazing bars.
