Description

Wentworth House features a wall and piers that date back to the 19th century. It is one of a pair with the Old Court House but has undergone significant alterations. The building stands three storeys high with a basement and is three windows wide, including a canted bay on the right side. It has a slate roof and is finished in stucco, which includes a modillion cornice band and rustication on the ground floor. The central entrance is a round-headed door, while the windows are square-headed with moulding and keystones. There are cast-iron balconies on the first and ground floors. The boundary wall is made of pierced stucco and features capped piers.
