One of a pair with the Old Court House but radically altered in the C19. Three storeys high with basement. Three windows wide plus canted bay to right. Slate roof. Stucco with modillion cornice band courses, rustication to ground floor. Central round-headed entrance door. Square headed moulded windows with keystones. Cast-iron balconies to first and ground floors. Pierced stucco boundary wall with capped piers.
