Description

9 Princes Avenue is a detached house that was originally the Steward's House of the Monkham's Estate, likely built in the early 19th century. The house is two storeys tall and features six windows across its front. It is constructed of yellow stock brick and has a low-pitched hipped slate roof. The central entrance is highlighted by a semi-circular fanlight. The windows are double-hung sash style, set beneath segmental gauged brick arches. On the right side, there is a large canted bay window that extends through both storeys.
