Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of Green in High Elms, Woodford. The house is stuccoed, and the roof is not visible. It is three storeys high and has a symmetrical facade of three windows. A Doric porch is centrally positioned, featuring a cornice and blocking course, and it encloses a round-headed doorway with a semicircular fanlight above the panelled door. Square-headed sash windows are present, with glazing bars. A main cornice sits above the second floor, and there is a parapet above that. The interior of the house has not been inspected. The building has group value, contributing to the character of the area.
