Description
This is a pair of 18th-century cottages located on the west side of High Road, Woodford Green. They are two storeys and have an attic space, with two windows visible from the front. The cottages feature two dormers in the roof, which is covered with slate and has a Mansard profile. The exterior is of red brick. A verandah extends across the ground floor, supported by trellised iron columns that hold up a hood. A round-headed doorway is set within the verandah, featuring a semi-circular fanlight above the door. A central recessed brick panel sits above the doorway, topped by a small pediment. The glazing bars have been lost from the windows.
