Description

The Castle Hotel is an early 19th-century building located on the west side of High Road in Woodford Green. Originally two storeys high, it has been raised to three storeys. The façade is stuccoed and features eight windows, arranged in two bays of three windows each on both the ground and first floors, topped with a cornice and parapet. A later addition includes an iron balcony on the second floor. The roof is not visible, and the building has undergone significant modernization.
