Description

Prince Lane Cottages are a pair of 18th-century cottages located on Prince Lane, Dedham. They are timber-framed and rendered, with a one-storey design and attics in a gambrelled roof covered with peg tiles. The cottages feature two red brick chimney stacks and four flat-topped dormers facing the lane. Eaves are visible. There are four front doors, with the southernmost door featuring a pediment supported by brackets. The cottages also have four pairs of paneled casement windows. The cottages were restored by R Erith and retain some original features inside.
