Description
Dairy House is a mid-19th century red brick building with a slate roof, featuring wide eaves and soffit boarding. The front has three windows on the upper storey, each with small panes of glass. A central entrance door is set within a doorcase. The ground floor has paired sash windows, accompanied by shop fascias and cornices above. The building is included on the list for its group value.
