Description

Dedham Post Office is an early 19th-century building that features a front added to an earlier timber-framed structure. It stands two storeys high with attics and has a slate roof. The façade includes a two-window range of small-paned sash windows, with a central entrance door flanked by sash windows on either side. To the west, there are iron railings that curve towards the front of the building.
