Description

No. 247A on West Green Road is an early 19th-century house that stands two and a half storeys tall and features three windows. The front is finished with stucco and has a parapet. It has a low-pitched hipped slate roof with a double span. A low cornice serves as an impost string for the two round-headed upper windows. The windows on the first floor are long, while those on the ground floor are shorter. All windows are recessed sashes with glazing bars. The entrance has a half-glazed four-panel door set within a moulded architrave, and there is a decorative cast iron porch adorned with anthemion patterns.
