Description
The Larches is an early 19th-century building located on the west side of Sevenoaks Road in Green Street Green. This two-storey structure features three windows and is finished in stucco. It has a cornice and a parapet, topped by a hipped slate roof. The windows are set within moulded architrave surrounds and retain their original jalousies and glazing bars. The first-floor windows are further enhanced with cornices and pediments. A small porch with thin, fluted Greek Doric columns adds to the building's charm, while the ends of the house are curved.
