Description

This coal tax post, located opposite No. 83 on Cudham Lane, dates from around 1861 and is made of cast iron. It has a square shape with chamfered sides and moulded caps, featuring a shield from the City's Arms. It is classified as No. 190 type 2h in "The Coal Duties of the City of London and their Boundary Marks" published in 1972.
