Description
Wellhurst is an L-shaped building dating from the 18th century, with a 19th-century addition. It has two storeys and a tiled roof. The front elevation features yellow brick tile hanging and a wooden modillion eaves cornice. There are two windows with two light casements. The side elevation is finished in stucco and has a moulded eaves cornice, along with two three-light casements. An external chimney stack is constructed of flint at the bottom and brick at the top. The building also includes a 19th-century porch with decorative bargeboards.
