Description
St Ann's Church School is a mid to late 19th century building made of stock brick, featuring one and two storeys. The main west front has four bays, each with a gable and set in different planes. The building has quoins and window dressings made of lighter brick, with gable copings and window mullions crafted from stone. It has high pitched slated roofs adorned with ornamental ridge tiles. The windows are mullioned and transomed, with the window in the third bay displaying tracery. Some windows have flat heads with Tudor relieving arches, while others feature Tudor arched heads. The doors in the projecting south and east porches are topped with pointed arches. This building is included for its group value with St Ann's Church and Nos 1 to 5 (odd) on St Ann's Road.
