Description

The Church of All Saints is a church dating to 1874, designed by F E C Streatfield. It is built in the Early English Gothic style using coursed squared rubble. The church comprises a nave and chancel, with a lean-to south aisle and a gabled north aisle added in 1876. A tall tower with a shingled broach spire is located at the east end of the south aisle. The south aisle features lancet windows, while the north aisle has windows with tracery. A five-lancet window is present to the east, and the west window incorporates a seven-foil rose. Projecting gabled entrance doors are situated on the west and south sides. Rubble stone boundary walls enclose the site. The church is topped with a steep-pitched tile roof and acts as a prominent landmark at the north end of Woodford Green.
