Description

This is a house dating from around 1830 to 1840. It is constructed of brown brick with a stucco ground floor, rusticated detailing, and a cornice and parapet. The house is three stories high with a basement. The first and second floors feature four giant composite pilasters that support a cornice with a modified pediment and four finials. There is a first-floor iron balcony with an anthemion motif. A four-light window has an architrave with modified pilasters, an entablature, and a pediment, with original glazing bars. The front door is modern, incorporating glass panels and a fan with a keystone.
