Description

Radcliffe Lodge is a terrace of three houses built around 1825 to 1830. The houses are constructed of stucco. The terrace is two storeys high with a basement. The design is symmetrical, with nine windows across the entire facade. The central three bays are set back behind an Ionic colonnade, and pairs of bays project forward under pediments on either side. The recessed bays to either side of the colonnade contain entrances with Ionic features. A third entrance is located to the right of the centre. The front doors are six-panelled. The outer bays have square-headed sash windows with glazing bars; the central bays have casement windows. Cast iron window guards are present on the left-hand ground floor windows. The building features a cornice and blocking course.
