1 Chiswick Square is a building dating from around 1680. It is constructed of brown brick with red dressings and features a hipped tile roof. The building has three storeys and three windows, although one window is blocked. The windows are double-hung sashes set within surrounds that have rubbed flat arches. The door is framed with an architrave, brackets, and a hood. There are brick bands at the first and second floor levels, and the building is topped with wooden dentil cornices.
