  1. 5018 HIGH ROAD (South Side) EASTCOTE New Cottages [Nos 1 to 3 (consec)] TQ 1088 10/187 II 2. 1879 dated on rainwater head. Picturesque "Elizabethan" pair of cottages, each 2 storeys 1 window with set back entrance extensions. Oversailing gable ends facing road. Jettied 1st floor. Half-timbering upper part has plaster filling with incised designs. Oriel windows with small panes. Brick ground floor has canted bay windows, casements with small panes. Timber porches with turned balusters and fancy plaster work in gable ends. Graded partly for prominent position at road junction.
