Description

The Black Horse Public House is an early 19th-century building located on the south side of High Road in Eastcote. It is two storeys high and has four bays, although there are only three windows on the first floor. The building is constructed of stock brick and features a low-pitched hipped slate roof. The windows are recessed sash types with glazing bars. On the right side, there is a full-height canted bay. To the left, there is a modern shop front, and in the next bay, there is a tripartite sash window with bars. The building has modern extensions on both the right and left sides. It is noted for its prominent position along the high road.
