Description

The West Factory Block, located on the premises of the Harefield Rubber Company, is an early 19th-century mill building that stands two storeys high and features nine windows. Constructed from stock brick, the building has a later roof and rebuilt gable ends. The first-floor windows are adorned with gauged round brick arches and have interlacing glazing bars with pivoted central openings, although some of these have been altered. The ground floor includes various doors and windows, and there is an arched entrance at the four-bay north end.
