C17 range of timber-framed buildings; rendered front with modern applied timber-framing to 1st floor and outsize ashlaring to ground floor. Old tile roof. Five C19 gabled dormers of various sizes, 4 having moulded wooden architraves. No 189 has a weatherboarded rear wing of 2 storeys; behind Nos 191 and 193 is a 2 storey range parallel but lower than the main block.
