Description

This is an 18th-century timber-framed barn located to the east of Albyns Farmhouse in Hornchurch. The barn has four bays and features a gabled wagon entrance on the south side. Its cladding consists of both weatherboarding and brick nogging. The roof is supported by tie-beam trusses that include raking queen-posts and arch braces, and it is thatched.
