Description
Two brick barns and garden walls are located to the south of Bretons in Hornchurch. These 16th century barns are constructed of brick and feature remnants of stone window jambs. The larger barn has a roof made of steel and corrugated iron, while the smaller barn at the east end has a tiled roof. Some sections of 16th century walling that originally enclosed the garden are still standing, including arches with four-centred heads and bee-boles set at intervals.
