Description
Berwick Manor Country Club, formerly Berwick Manor Farmhouse, dates from the 17th to 18th century and has 19th-century alterations. The building is two storeys high and features colour-washed cement. There is a cement band between the ground and first floors, and giant panelled outer pilasters. An off-centre stucco porch has square piers, a frieze cornice, and a blocking course. The upper floor has three irregularly placed restored 3-light sash windows flanked by fixed single lights, while the ground floor has two flanking doors. The roof is large, hipped, and covered with slate, featuring two flat-topped dormers. A central cemented stack has five flues, along with one rear stack.
