  1. Circa 1840 house of 2 storeys and sunk basement, 2 wide bays. Stucco. Low pitched, hipped, slated roof with pedimented gable over slightly projecting right bay. This contains, on 1st floor one centre window and 2 narrow flanking windows, all replaced sashes with glazing bars. Centre window has moulded architrave and louvred shutters. One window on each floor in left bay similar. Ground floor of right bay has tetrastyle Ionic porch with corresponding Doric pilasters on rear wall. Within these, inner pilasters flank side windows with decorative glazing and moulded stucco frieze over.
