Description

This is a mid-19th century, three-storey, two-window house located on the south side of Blackheath Park. A single-window left extension is set slightly back, and incorporates a basement garage. The house has a low-pitched, hipped slate roof with eaves soffits featuring curved brackets. The exterior is stuccoed, with a prominent band marking the first floor. Sash windows with glazing bars are fitted with moulded architraves; those on the ground and first floors have a frieze and cornice. Louvred shutters are present on the first-floor windows. The front door is a six-panel design, with a patterned radial fanlight, set within a modified entablature surround.
