Description

No. 18 Blackheath Park is a villa built between 1830 and 1840. It has two storeys and a basement, featuring three windows. The roof is low-pitched, hipped, and covered with slate, with an eaves soffit. The centre bay and corners of the building project slightly, and there is a basement plinth. The sash windows have plain reveals and include glazing bars. Access to the villa is via four steps leading to a prostyle porch, which has key patterns on its square columns and wreaths in the frieze. The sides of the porch are now blocked. The entrance door has four panels, with the upper two being glazed, and it features a cornice head and a rectangular fanlight above.
