Description

Nos 10A and 12 Blackheath Park, built between 1830 and 1840, are a pair of two-storey houses featuring two windows each. They have low-pitched, hipped slate roofs with eaves soffits and stuccoed fronts. The side bays are slightly set back. The sash windows have plain reveals and glazing bars. Access to the houses is via five steps leading to four-panel doors, which are topped with a cornice head and fanlight that includes margin lights. The doorcases are adorned with paired flat pilasters and an entablature featuring wreaths in the frieze. The basement has been significantly altered for use as garages.
