Description
No. 103 Blackheath Park is an early to mid-19th century villa with two storeys and three windows on the main garden front. It is constructed of greyish yellow brick and features a low-pitched slate roof with two shallow, pediment-like gables facing the road. These gables have overhanging eaves and a cornice supported by console brackets, which is broken back over the recessed central bay. The villa has gauged, shallow segmental brick arches above the sash windows, which include three-light windows in the outer bays. The outer windows on the ground floor have console bracketed cornices above them. The central bay on the ground floor is stuccoed and has a cornice above, with the window in this bay featuring external louvred shutters. The entrance front, located to the north off Morden Road, has irregularly placed windows of a similar style and a reproduction classical doorcase. Inside, there is a decorative early 19th century cast iron staircase.
