Description

No. 108 on Plumstead Common Road is an early 19th-century villa that stands two storeys high with a basement and features three windows. The building has a low-pitched, hipped slate roof with eaves soffit. Its exterior is made of multicoloured stock brick, with a stuccoed front. The sash windows have plain reveals and are original, although they have lost their bars. The entrance boasts a wide door consisting of two beaded panels and two glazed panels, topped with a cornice head and a rectangular fanlight. Access to the door is via five steps leading up to a prostyle Doric porch, which has a crude triglyph frieze.
