Description

The Wisteria Walk is a pergola located to the southeast of the former stable block at Trent Park, likely built between 1913 and 1915 for Sir Philip Sassoon. It features Italian pink marble columns that are connected by timber beams, supporting a timber framework. The structure consists of ten bays that lead to an exedra at the southern end, with four columns across the northern end. The columns display a variety of capitals. At the time of inspection on May 23, 1990, six bays of columns had been blown down and were lying on the ground.
