Tombstone to Sarah Gee, c.1738. Portland stone headstone with segmental pedimental top with relief of a skull, palm fronds, hour-glass and tail-biting snake between scrolled consoles; inscription between Corinthian pilasters. Epitaph reads: 'Afflictions sore long time I bore/Physicians were in vaine/Till Death gave Ease and God did please/ To end my Griefe and Paine.'
