Description

The chest tomb to Edward Burford, dating from around 1800, is located in the churchyard of St Mary-at-Finchley. It is made of Portland stone and features a grey ledger slab on top. The tomb is adorned with fluted pilasters and is enclosed by its original cast-iron railings, which have urn finials on the main posts. This tomb has group value with the Norris tomb.
