Elm Farmhouse and the adjoining barn are both listed as 18th century buildings, with the farmhouse featuring a 19th century front on a partially timber framed structure. The farmhouse is two storeys high, finished in stucco, and has a tiled roof. The barn, located to the right of the farmhouse, is weatherboarded and also has a tiled roof.
