Yellow/brown brick, part painted. Nos 49-51 have stuccoed ground floors. 3 storeys, each house 2 bays. Nos 49-53 have round-arched entrances, 6-panel doors and fanlights and sashes with glazing bars. Nos 46 and 48 have C20 shop fronts. Above, sashes with glazing bars, those to No 46 tripartite. Iron balconies to Nos 47, 49, 51, 53. Iron basement railings. No 48 contains access arch to Cato Street.
