Nos 121 to 127 Marina is a terrace of houses built around 1830 by James Burton. The buildings are stuccoed and feature a cornice and parapet. They rise three storeys above a basement and have a window arrangement of 4:8:4, with the central eight windows slightly projecting. The windows are sashes, some of which have glazing bars.
The first floor includes a balcony with a cast iron balustrade and a tent-shaped canopy. Nos. 123 and 124 have a new wrought iron balustrade, while Nos. 121 and 122 feature a later wooden balustrade and a tiled canopy. The ground floor of Nos. 121, 122, and 124 has porches with segmental headed doorways. Nos. 123 and 125 have large round-headed doorways with sidelights that continue in a semi-circular arc above the door. No. 127 has a round-headed doorway and windows, and No. 126 features a Victorian shop front. The buildings have slate roofs.
