Description
A late 18th-century terrace house with shops, likely dating to around 1780. The house is stuccoed with a slate roof and stands three stories high, including a dormered mansard. It is three windows wide. A mid-20th century shop front occupies the ground floor. The upper floors feature recessed, flat-arched sash windows without glazing bars. The house is part of the Shepherd Market development, which was laid out around 1735 and built approximately 1746 by Edward Shepherd, who both built and designed the properties on the Grosvenor and Cavendish Estates.
