Description

This is a cattle trough located near the junction with Maida Vale, dated 1888. It is made of granite and sits on low piers. At the west end, there is an ogee-gabled drinking fountain, and a sunken trough is positioned at pavement level. The trough is inscribed with "Metropolitan Drinking Fountain and Cattle Trough Association" and "In Memoriam JSLA 1888."
