The upper floors are fitted with recessed glazing bar sashes beneath flat gauged arches. The returns of Nos. 1 Newburgh Street and 37 Marshall Street feature semicircular arched doorways with pilaster jambs, radial fanlights, and flush and fielded panel doors, along with glazing bar sashes on the upper floors. The terrace has a uniform parapet with coping. The interiors include simple early 19th-century moulding and geometrical wooden stairs.
